Pier PR & Marketing successfully appointed Nicola Millbank, Glenilen Farm’s first ever UK ambassador for their range of yoghurts. The campaign combined PR tactics with social media to secure coverage in titles including Mail Online, The Metro and The Grocer, with a total reach of over 477 million.
Pier was briefed by Glenilen Farm to achieve media coverage within key national UK news and lifestyle titles announcing the appointment of Nicola Millbank.
What we did
Pier proposed working with actress turned foodie, Nicola Millbank, to become Glenilen Farm’s first ever UK ambassador for their range of yoghurt products. Nicola carried out a number of interviews about her life, offered recipe creation and participated in a branded photoshoot.
In addition to the agreed interview time and social media posts, Pier also negotiated the use of Glenilen yoghurt to be included in recipes from Nicola’s cookbook, Milly’s Real Food, thereby securing further media coverage.
Coverage achieved in key national lifestyle and news titles included Mail Online, The Metro, New!, Daily Mirror as well as the key trade target, The Grocer.
